Spinal Pathology
Common Types:
- Herniated Disc: compression of spinal nerves;
- Spondylosis: degeneration of discs and joints;
- Scoliosis: abnormal curvature of the spine;
- Vertebral Fractures: caused by trauma or osteoporosis.
Symptoms:
- Back pain (lumbar, cervical);
- Numbness or weakness in the limbs;
- Restricted movement or incorrect posture.
Treatment:
- Conservative: physiotherapy, pain relievers, injections;
- Surgical: in severe cases (large hernias, spinal instability);
- Rehabilitation: exercises to strengthen muscles and correct posture.
